Java technical support engineers

Location: Hybrid from Warsaw, Poznań, Wrocław, Kraków, or Łódź, Poland

Job Description:
We are seeking experienced Java Technical Support Engineers to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid educational background, extensive Java knowledge, and at least 4-5 years of relevant experience. Fluent English proficiency is a requirement.

Technical Requirements:
- Proven expertise in Java
- 4-5 years of experience in similar roles
- Fluent English language skills


Main Responsibilities:
- Provide L2/L3 support, including issue troubleshooting
- Deliver defect fixes, deployments, installations, configurations, and maintenance tasks
