Product Manager / Owner - InsurTech SaaS (offline)

Main Responsibility:
- Accumulate product knowledge and develop its vision.
- Analyze user needs and behaviors.
- Develop and execute product strategies.
- Participate in UX development.

Must-Have:
- Proficient written communication skills in English.
- Experience in developing successful software products.

Nice-to-Have:
- A solid understanding of UX principles.
- Experience with Basecamp and Shape Up methodology.
- Familiarity with the development process (PHP, Laravel).
- Ability to support software documentation.
- Experience conducting QA activities.
