Currently, we are assembling a dream team, and we are looking for an enthusiastic Flutter developer like you to help us establish our mobile team. As the first Flutter developer in our team, your input will be crucial in shaping the products, selecting the tech stack, and guiding the company's future direction as you advance in your career with us!

Core Requirements:

- Understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and adherence to SOLID principles.
- 2+ years of experience with Flutter and Dart.
- Proficient in identifying and fixing code issues.
- Knowledgeable in a minimum of one state management system (e.g., Bloc, Provider, Redux, Riverpod) and common Flutter app architectures.

Nice-to-Have:

- Experience in native app development.
- Practical knowledge of CI/CD tools.
- Personal project app (include links).
- Experience in web development.
- Ability and desire to mentor new team members.

Main Responsibilities:

- Develop, maintain, and enhance mobile applications on both iOS and Android platforms using Flutter.
- Develop smooth, user-centric, and attractive interfaces following UX/UI guidelines.
- Collaborate effectively with a team of designers, developers, and various project stakeholders.
- Handle API integration to ensure smooth server operations and data transactions.
- Identify and fix bugs and inefficiencies to stabilize the application.
- Engage in the estimation process for project planning.
