Team Lead for the crypto airdrop startup (PHP, Node.js, Python) $3500-4000

Project Description

We are looking for a Team Lead (PHP, Node.js, Python) for a sustainable and fast-growing crypto airdrop startup that utilizes DApp and Web3 protocols.

Project Technical Stack:

Back-end - PHP, Node.js, Python.
Front-end - JavaScript, CSS, Bootstrap 4, Jquery, Smart Contracts.
DB - MySQL.
Blockchain - Solidity, web3.js

The ideal candidate will cover 70% back-end and 30% front-end parts.

Team:

Telegram ChatBot Dev (backend), QA, Designer, 4 back-end and 2 front-end engineers.

What you will be doing:

- Architecture design and reviews.
- Implementation of requirements, clarification, and discussion.
- Development and maintenance of the server-side components of software products.
- Optimization and enhancement of the performance of backend systems.
- Implement APIs to support the platform's automated generation of performance reports.
- Apply version control systems and automated tests.
- Enhance and modify web services and websites.

What we are expecting from you:

- 3+ years of experience working with PHP, Node.js, and Python (main stack can be any of them);
- Experience with JavaScript, CSS, and JQuery.
- Experience with MySQL database (optimization, high-load).
- Experience in web3 projects will be a big plus.
