We are looking for a motivated and inspired individual for the position of CRM Manager to join our team and be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to optimize customer relationship management across all touch points our team

Responsibilities:
- Quality control of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) data;
- Monitoring and ensuring the quality of customer interactions and inquiries in the CRM;
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure alignment of CRM initiatives with overall business goals;
- Developing and generating reports in CRM and Excel;
- Tracking and resolving system issues;
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations in CRM technology and customer experience management, proactively identifying opportunities for innovation and differentiation;
- Creating practical manuals and instructions for CRM and customer-related tasks;
- Presenting implemented changes to respective departments.
Required skills:
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience;
- Proficiency in software tools like HubSpot, Click Up, and Slack;
- English language proficiency at level C1( you’ll be required to have an interview in English )
-Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Attention to detail and meticulousness in work;
- Previous experience working with Sales departments;
- Strong organizational skills and a penchant for structure and order;
- Flexible thinking and creativity.
