Python Department Lead (offline)

Πs an expert, you will be responsible for making decisions on how to develop the direction and communicate with clients, you will be an playing a crucial role in guiding the development team, making technical decisions.
Skills requirements:
β’ 5+ years of experience with Python 3.4+;
β’ 4+ years of experience with Django/DRF and RESTful APIs;
β’ Experience working with relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.);
β’ Familiarity with Elasticsearch;
β’ Knowledge of cloud solutions: AWS, GCP, Azure;
β’ Experience in multithreading/multiprocessing approaches;
β’ Proven experience in supporting and developing existing high-load projects;
β’ Proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines;
β’ Previous experience in a Team Lead role;
β’ English proficiency β Upper-intermediate.
Key responsibilities:
β’ Manage the development process and support team members;
β’ Write clean and well-structured code that is easy to read and maintain;
β’ Participate in decision-making processes related to design architecture, solution development, architectural, and code reviews;
β’ Develop high-load solutions;
β’ Conduct R&D work with new technology;
β’ Maintain high-quality coding standards within the team.
Optional skills (as a plus):
β’ Experience with Celery;
β’ Experience with payment systems integrations.
