In 2024 after analyzing the company's growth over the past years and forecasting future development, we are expanding our team and actively seeking an experienced Head of Sales to join us.

Your Goal: Achieving and exceeding targets while leading a sales team in collaborating with B2C and B2B clients.

Job Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales strategies that increase sales;
Provide ongoing coaching and mentoring to team members, conducting regular performance reviews;
Establishing a reporting system to monitor sales successes;
Development of incentive systems;
Coordinate daily trading activities to ensure customer satisfaction;
Collaborate with senior management to improve and develop the sales department, providing feedback on areas of improvement and opportunities for growth;
Market analysis.
Required Skills:

5-7 years of related sales experience, with at least 3 years of supervisory experience
Strong experience in CRM systems
Fluent English (C2 level)
Highly organized, proactive, and able to anticipate opportunities and problems
Analytical skills: Proficient in word processing, spreadsheets, and presentations
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong team-building and leadership skills, as a positive and encouraging leader
