Product Manager

NuxGame works with iGaming operators of all scales helping companies access new markets or enhance their existing brands. What we expect from the candidate:

- Deep knowledge of gaming/gambling products (Preferably);
- A good understanding of online casino operations (Preferably);
- A collaborative approach and habit of working with different product verticals;
- Solid understanding and, preferably, experience with game provider integrations;
- 4 years or more of experience in the position of product owner in iGaming, preferably in the B2B sector;
- Ability to translate company and business strategy into product vision;
- A value-focused approach to the product with an emphasis on enriching the products;
- Experience working with UI/UX and knowledge of best practices in this area;
- Experience working with data analytics and using data for decision making.

Would be a plus:

- Experience with Web3 and cryptocurrencies;
- Understanding and experience with NFTs;
- Experience with payment methods;
- Experience with loyalty and retention systems;
- Experience in the development and implementation of AI and ML technologies.

Your position will include:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to create and execute a strategic development plan for the gaming industry;
- Own the decision-making process regarding functionality and priority in all team sprints;
- Develop user stories and detailed requirements from prioritized features;
- Collaborate with other agile teams to manage and plan dependencies;
- Assess competition by comparing the company's product to gaming and casino competitors, as well as other relevant products;
- Contribute to launch plans and measure the success of feature updates;
- Work with UI/UX designers to ensure the best user experience;
- Use data and analytics to determine product priorities and form improvement strategies.
