The MessageWhiz Enterprise Sales Manager role in the dynamic gambling industry involves crafting and executing actions for B2C client acquisition and retention activities, with a focus on utilising existing strong connections with gaming brands/operators. You will be planning and implementing outbound sales strategies, ensuring seamless communication across diverse channels worldwide. Success in this role depends on a deep understanding of the gambling industry and personal familiarity with multiple B2C gaming operators and CRMs. The ideal candidate for this sales position is not only a professional in the field but also a passionate enthusiast who can navigate the industry with finesse and dedication.
Main Responsibilities
β Develop and execute outbound sales for B2B customer acquisition and retention in the global gambling industry
β Foster strong connections with gaming brands/operators/CRMs on a global scale
β Plan and implement effective outbound sales strategies, ensuring seamless communication across diverse channels worldwide
β Oversee day-to-day operations in key markets, with a focus on pivotal regions
β Design and monitor competitive pricing structures, evaluating clients success in engaging customers globally
β Monitor competitor behavior to enhance product and campaign strategies on a global scale
β Identify and capitalize on ad-hoc campaign opportunities based on real-time changes in customer situations across regions
β Evaluate and enhance new features in the global retention marketing/communication products for gaming industry
Mandatory Requirements
β In-depth understanding of the gambling industry
β Proven experience in outbound sales
β Familiarity with multiple B2C gaming brands/operators/CRMs
β Expertise in tracking campaign metrics across channels
β Project management and problem-solving skills
β Proficiency in relevant tools, systems and technologies
β Ability to work under tight deadlines and pressure
β Strong initiative, detail-oriented, and organised
β Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and additional languages
