CRM / Email Marketing Specialist

Key responsibilities:
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns with a focus on customer acquisition, engagement and retention.
- Create, test and launch targeted email campaigns and automated workflows.
- Oversee the management, organization, and optimization of customer data (CRM).
- Build and work with customer segments to personalize communication and develop creative engagement and retention campaigns.
- Together with the copywriter and designer create compelling content for effective campaigns.
- Conduct A/B testing to optimize email content, layouts, and delivery times for maximum impact.
- Monitor key email marketing metrics, analyze channel performance, provide insights on campaigns optimization.
- Extend expertise to other communication channels, including SMS, messengers, mobile and push notifications.

Key requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in email marketing / customer retention
- Hands-on experience of working with CRM / email automation systems.
- Written English at an upper-intermediate level or above
- Strong analytical skills, experience with GA and similar tools.
- Collaborative mindset for working with cross-functional teams.

Will be a plus:
- Experience with eSputnik or similar platform.
- Basic understanding of HTML.
- Experience in Edutech or E-commerce.

Students have access to a well-developed search and selection system for teachers based on various parameters, including the tutor's rating. Tutors, on the other hand, have access to a comprehensive system that allows them to manage their schedule, set their working hours, and decide their rates. Furthermore, every tutor has a detailed profile showcasing their achievements, experience, and proficiency, a crucial element for marketing their services.
