Our company SoftTeam id looking for a Strong Middle/Senior FullStack Developer (Node.js + React.js, TypeScript) for an Israeli project.

About the project: Established in 2020, Treetoscope is an innovative startup in precision irrigation management that developed a breakthrough technology for direct plant monitoring - https://treetoscope.com/

Tech Stack: Node.js, React, TypeScript, AWS

Key Requirements:
- At least 5 years of general commercial experience.
- At least 5 years of commercial experience with the listed Tech Stack.
- High level of communication skills (we are looking for an open and communicative person).
- English proficiency at B2-C1 level.

Contract format: Staff augmentation
Workload: 160 hours per month
The expected duration of work: Long Term
Number of open positions: 1
Communication & Updates: Dailys/Weeklys, JIRA, and Slack

Number of people in the team: 37 in the company, 12 Developers R&D team, Development team - 3 and it will be 4 after hiring, 1 Team lead (20+ years experience) + 2 developers 4-5 years.

Starting required date: May 1, 2024

Hiring Process:
1. Call with SoftTeam
2. Record video for our partner in Israel through an online platform
3. Steps with the client:
- Interview with TeamLead / VP R&D
- Home test / Live test with the TL (3-4 hours)
