Recruiter
Position Summary:
1. The Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a pivotal role in our recruiting agency by connecting talented individuals with our client organizations. 2. This position involves managing the full recruitment cycle, from candidate sourcing and assessment to presenting suitable candidates to clients for consideration.
3. The primary goal is to meet client staffing needs while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to identify potential candidates.
2. Review resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and assess candidate qualifications to determine suitability for specific job openings.
3. Collaborate closely with clients to understand their hiring needs, job requirements, and company culture. Build and maintain strong client relationships.
4. Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients. 5. Provide guidance to candidates on interview preparation.
6. Evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit to ensure alignment with client requirements. Conduct technical assessments or tests as needed.
7. Present shortlisted candidates to clients, highlighting their qualifications and suitability for the job.
8. Assist in the negotiation of job offers, including compensation and benefits, between clients and candidates.
9. Facilitate the onboarding process for successful candidates, ensuring a smooth transition into their new roles.
10. Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive job markets to provide valuable insights to clients.
11. Build and maintain a talent pipeline by engaging with candidates for future opportunities.
Qualifications:
1. 3+ years of proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, ideally within a recruiting agency.
2. Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methods.
3. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
5. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
6. Negotiation and problem-solving skills.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
8. Upper Intermediate level of English.
