Senior Full-Stack JS/Node Developer

Required Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. (Preferred)
- Experience of integrating different AI/ML libs on Node.js (including machine learning, natural language processing, and data analytics libs).
- Proven experience as a Full Stack Web Developer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful web development projects.
- Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive design principles.
- Experience with server-side programming languages such as Python, PHP, or Node.js, and familiarity with database management systems (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB).
- Hands-on experience with modern web frameworks/libraries (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) and proficiency in version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and debug complex web applications.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality software solutions.
- Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and quickly learn new technologies and concepts.

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement innovative features and functionalities for the career advancement platform.
- Develop and maintain front-end components using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, ensuring responsive design and optimal user experience across different devices.
- Utilize server-side languages such as Python or PHP to implement robust backend functionalities, including database management and API integrations.
- Implement modern web frameworks (e.g., React, Angular) to create interactive and seamless user interfaces.
- Integrate artificial intelligence technologies, including machine learning and natural language processing, to enhance platform functionalities such as resume customization, automated screening, and job-matching algorithms.
- Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure the reliability, security, and performance of the platform.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends, continuously improving skills and contributing to the advancement of the platform.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to optimize user interface designs and enhance user interactions.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to ensure seamless operation of the platform for both internal and external users.
- Contribute to the documentation and maintenance of technical specifications, code documentation, and development processes
