Responsibilities:

Collaborate closely with our customer service center team to implement advanced software solutions that elevate user experiences.
Drive innovation by creating and prototyping various solution options using modern technologies like Java, Angular, Kubernetes, and DevOps practices.

Take ownership of the software development lifecycle, from concept and design to deployment and operation within agile Scrum teams.
Actively participate in Innovation Days to explore and experiment with new ideas and technologies.

Embrace and advocate for modern software engineering practices including Test-Driven Development (TDD), Domain-Driven Design (DDD), and clean code principles.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field;
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in agile software development, with strong proficiency in Java and frontend development using Angular;
- Deep understanding and practical experience with DevOps principles, including CI/CD pipelines and Kubernetes;
- Strong user-centric mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality software solutions that enhance user experiences;
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively within agile Scrum teams, contributing actively to all phases of the software development lifecycle;
- Passion for continuous learning and staying abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in the healthcare or insurance industry is a plus.
Familiarity with Elasticsearch or similar technologies.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
