As a pivotal component of our expansion plan, we're in search of a skilled Content Product Manager to become an integral part of our team, spearheading the advancement of our content strategy. As a Content Product Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the creation, implementation, and optimization of content within our products. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will play a critical role in enhancing user engagement, retention, and overall product success through strategic content initiatives.
Your impact:
Content Strategy:
- Assist in developing content strategy aligned with the overall product strategy.
- Create a roadmap with hypotheses to enhance user activation and retention through content.
- Content Valuation and Analysis:
- Enhance content valuation tools and approaches.
- Evaluate content performance and business impact, proposing and planning improvements.

Content Management:
- Propose innovative solutions and processes for content delivery and creation.
- Collaborate closely with UX designers, product managers, analysts, and content designers to execute content hypotheses.
- Collaborate with frontend and backend developers to implement new hypotheses and enhance content delivery processes.
- Content A/B Testing:
- Collaborate with Product Management and Content Designers to formulate hypotheses and improve key metrics (activation, retention, engagement).
- Conduct data-driven content experiments to increase user engagement.

About you:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, with a focus on mobile applications.
- Upper Intermediate/fluent English proficiency.
- UX writing expertise.
- Market research skills.
- Customer development experience.
- Proficiency in Jira & Confluence.
- Familiarity with simplified BPMN, flowchart construction, and process diagrams.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work with analytical data using tools like Amplitude.
- Understanding of product metrics and practical experience in enhancing them through hypotheses.
- Practical experience with A/B testing.
