Full Stack Developer (Ruby on Rails) (offline)
We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to join our development team and contribute to the enhancement of our backend systems. We focus on vertical ERP, CRM, or industry-specific SaaS.
What do you have:
- Proficient in Backend: you have at least three years of experience with Ruby and Ruby on Rails (most important) Ideally 3-4 years.
- Frontend: Vanilla Javascript, Hotwire with StimulusJS & Turbo (most important).
- Knowledge of Data Stores: Postgres and Redis.
Your key responsibilities: Collaborate closely with team including front-end engineers, project managers, and designers to define and implement decisions that meet business requirements. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and apply best practices to continuously improve backend development processes.
