HR Services Country Head Ukraine

GlobalLogic is looking for an ambitious, open-minded and experienced person who will join our HR team. In our team, it is important for us to work in a positive atmosphere. In the role of an HR Services Country Head you will be driving transition to Diia City and become a main point of contact regarding Diia City implementation within the company which has already been launched. You will also supervise keeping military records of conscripts and reservists. Your team will consist of 4 experienced professionals.

Responsibilities:

- Act as Project Manager for implementation end to end Diia City in the organization from HR point
- Work with our in-house legal department to stay up-to-date on changes to employment laws, and how these are applied into policies and guidelines.
- Advise business leaders, and other HR partners
- Drive communication project plan in regards to Diia City implementation & Military records as well other important country things
- Recommend, draft and maintain Diia City implementation

Requirements:

- Good understanding of Diia City rules & mobilization aspects
- At least 2 years of managerial experience
- Strong HR knowledge of Ukrainian labour law and market standards
- Strong Analytical skills, great presentation skills
- Previous experience in driving with success strategic HR projects with organization
- Experience in working with senior management team
