DevOps Lead

Everstake, a leading blockchain infrastructure provider, is committed to delivering the highest level of security and performance to our clients. We currently have an open position for a Lead DevOps Engineer for Metaplex project, with the potential for growth into the Head of RPC.

Requirements:

Technical background and a minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.
Strong understanding of networking principles (TCP/IP, DNS), hands-on experience with L3 switches and routers is a plus.
Solid experience in Linux system administration (Debian/Ubuntu/CentOS).
Proficiency in scripting languages (Bash, Python).
Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Docker Compose).
Familiarity with provisioning and automation tools such as Ansible, Chef, SaltStack, Terraform.
Proficiency with version control systems like Git and project management tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana.
Experience with monitoring tools such as Prometheus/Grafana, Zabbix, TICK. Experience with ELK stack is a plus.
Previous experience in validating blockchain networks.
Good understanding of DevOps principles.
Experience with VMware or Proxmox is desirable.
Experience with cloud platforms like GCP or AWS is advantageous.
Familiarity with database software such as PostgreSQL and Clickhouse is a plus.
Ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies and a proactive problem-solving attitude.
At least an Intermediate level of English proficiency.
Duties:

Research and evaluate new technology solutions in the blockchain industry.
Perform Linux system administration tasks.
Configure backup and failover solutions.
Troubleshoot faulty services and systems.
Develop and maintain monitoring solutions.
