Head of Business Development

We are seeking a Head of Business Development with an analytical approach to developing strategies for further growth. Key tasks include increasing revenue, maintaining existing achievements, and continuing to grow. This will involve building a sales team almost from scratch, working closely with the CEO, seeking and communicating with new and current partners, and negotiating better terms.
Our ideal candidate works closely with analytics and numbers and boldly employs various approaches to achieve business development goals.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement business development strategies aimed at increasing sales volumes and market presence.
2. Achieve key company goals for business growth—launching new locations, developing and implementing new formats of interaction with partners, working with new products, and more.
3. Conduct negotiations with external partners, government bodies (if necessary), and speak at conferences.
4. Negotiate and manage key partnership agreements and relationships with key partners.
5. Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics. Use this information to develop business development strategies and implement new products and services.
6. Build necessary business processes and competencies within the company, systematic reporting, and more.
7. Develop and coordinate the sales team, set goals, monitor department work, and participate in key employee recruitment.
8. Financial budgeting for the business, financial modeling of new locations, new business projects.

Expectations:
- Experience in business development and strategic management - 5+ years.
- Intermediate+ level of English.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Experience in negotiating and managing partnership agreements.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team.
- High level of responsibility and ability to make strategic decisions.
