As a 1st - 2nd line support Engineer the successful candidate’s main duties will include:

+ Providing 1st - 2nd Line Support
+ Delivering IT infrastructure projects
+ On board / Off board users
+ Assisting with customer’s connectivity
+ Supporting customer’s Firewall
+ Ensuring customers' IT infrastructure is appropriately maintained, secure and fit for purpose
+ Troubleshoot to resolve issues related to hardware and software
+ Monitor networks
+ Escalate when necessary

About You:
+ Minimum 2 years’ experience providing IT Support on a similar level.
+ Experience troubleshooting to resolve issue.
+ Experience working with Windows 10 / 11
+ Experience working with and supporting Office 365
+ Knowledge of networking technologies- LAN/WAN/TCP/IP/DHCP
+ Active Directory experience
+ Driving licence
The following would be desirable (but NOT) needed:
+ VMWare certified
+ Microsoft certified
