Skills and Qualifications:
- Ability to work night shifts.
- Previous experience in customer service or sales for at least 1 year is preferred.
- Fluent in Ukrainian or additional languages is a plus.
- Intermediate level of English proficiency.
- Basic PC (Word and Excel).
- Strong ability to actively listen to and empathize with clients.

Responsibilities:
- Engage closely with VIP clients across various communication channels including Viber, Telegram, WhatsApp, incoming calls, online chats, and email.
- Analyze customer feedback and suggestions, proactively seeking opportunities to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Assess customer accounts and develop personalized activation plans for each client.
- Conduct daily analysis of client activity and implement strategies for reactivation as necessary.
- Handle significant wins/losses of VIP and pre-VIP clients.
- Focus on increasing VIP client deposits and turnovers.
- Manage unsuccessful deposits/withdrawals and resolve related issues.
- Work towards achieving group and individual performance targets.
