We are looking for a passionate Billing/Payments Manager to join us.

What drives success for this role:

- Experience in integrating and managing diverse payment service providers and methods across global regions from the client side (b2c)
- Experience in optimizing billing processes, including chargeback and refund management, risk assessment
- Experience working with dispute rate
- Skillful in analyzing product metrics, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing effective strategies
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities to liaise with internal teams, external partners, and customers
- Demonstrated leadership in driving product enhancements, ensuring regulatory compliance, and fostering cross-functional teamwork
