Customer Support Representative (Night Shifts)

We are looking for a Customer Support Representative to provide excellent service for our client project (Night shifts). Our client's product allows millions of photographers to make incredible images faster. Their award-winning software automates photo editing with the power of AI yet leaves all the creative control in the hands of the artist.

Requirements:
✔️At least 6 months experience in Customer Support;
✔️Experience working with Photoshop and Lightroom;
✔️Upper-intermediate English is a MUST;
✔️Experience working on night shifts;
✔️Excellent communication skills;
✔️High level of personal responsibility;
✔️Positive attitude :)

Responsibilities:
➖Handle and resolve all customers’ complaints and requests only in chat + emails
➖Answer technical and billing questions
➖Analyse and assess customers’ needs
➖Deliver information about the benefits of the products to turn potential customers into paid ones
➖Questions related to licenses and activations, promo and sale questions
➖Managing returns and refunds

Would be a plus:
✔️Knowledge of Windows/Mac Operating System + experience in optimization OS’s work
✔️Interest in photography
✔️Photographer portfolio
✔️Knowledge in Zendesk

Work conditions:
➖Probationary period: 3 month
➖Working hours schedule: 23:00 - 08:00 GMT+3, 5 days a week, a one-hour break
➖Floating weekends
➖Trainings: up 2 month (10:00-18:00) GMT+3
➖18 days of paid vacation and paid sick days
