Head of Marketing/ Digital Marketing department

As a leader of the Marketing department, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the overall marketing strategy to drive growth and brand awareness for our company, with key points on vidby MeetUp: instant translation application to converse with clients from around the world in real time with the interpretation it provides.

You will need to build a team of marketing professionals and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative marketing initiatives that align with our business objectives.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Strategic Revenue Generation: Lead initiatives to drive revenue growth through effective marketing strategies and lead generation tactics. Devise and execute promotion strategies across digital and integrated channels to reach and engage target audiences effectively.
- Team Leadership: Provide guidance, support, and resources to enable team members to excel in their roles.
- Development of Promotion Strategy: Devise and execute promotion strategies across digital and integrated channels to reach and engage target audiences effectively.
- Digital Strategy Formulation: Develop a robust digital marketing strategy encompassing SEO, SEM, content marketing, email marketing, and social media to amplify brand visibility and drive customer acquisition.
- Funnel Creation: Create marketing funnels to guide prospects through the buyer's journey, from initial awareness to conversion, and implement strategies to optimize funnel performance.
- Digital Strategy Implementation: Oversee the execution of the digital marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and delivering measurable results.
- Lead Generation: Implement lead generation strategies to identify and nurture leads, working closely with sales teams to ensure seamless lead handoff and conversion.
- Collaboration and Alignment: Collaborate with sales, product, and other cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with overall business goals and objectives.
- Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, and continually optimize strategies for maximum impact and ROI.
- Vendor Management: Identify, evaluate, and manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners to support marketing initiatives. Collaborate with vendors to ensure deliverables meet quality standards, deadlines, and budgetary constraints.

- Budget Management: Ability to manage marketing budgets effectively.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven experience in a senior marketing leadership role, with a track record of driving successful marketing initiatives and achieving measurable results.
- Candidates with proven track record and portfolio of marketing strategies and actual results in numbers will have advantage.
- Experience in B2B or B2C marketing.
- Very good proficiency in English (both verbal and written), B2+ level.
- References from previous cooperation companies are required.

Cooperation schedule: 09:00-18:00/10:00-19:00 Kyiv time, or depending on the business market.

TRIAL PERIOD: 3 months
