CRM Manager

Responsibilities:
-You will create and launch marketing campaigns in emails and push notifications across 27 countries
-You will set tasks for designers and copywriters
-You will dive deep into the segmentation process in our team
-You will analyze reports, figure out how to improve key metrics
-You will do lots of A/B tests and hypothesis validation
-Research for new ideas in CRM marketing and their implementation in the project

Qualifications:
- 2 years+ experience in email marketing, CRM marketing, retention, or lifecycle
-Understanding and working with basic email marketing formats: promotional, triggered, transactional letters
-Experience with channels: Email, App-push, In-app, Web push, and other notifications
-Spam filters: how it works, do's/don't
-Working with drag-n-drop email builders
-Basic experience in collecting mailing lists: forms, popups, etc.
-Ability to analyze work and find the best solution
-Creativity combined with analytical thinking
