Financial Manager (offline)

Umbrelly.Cloud is looking for "Financial Ninja" to join our team at full-time & full-focus basis.

Requirements:
- 1+ years experience at the position of Financial / Operations manager

Skills:
- Basic knowledge of formulas at Google SpreadSheets / Excel
- Quickbooks / Xero / other accounting software
- Intermediate English both text and conversational

Will be a plus:
- Experience working at SaaS IT Product company
- Higher education / dyploma at Financial or Accounting Discipline

Responsibilities:
- Input all incomes and expenses to Google Spreadsheets + Quickbooks
- Payroll management
- Prepare data for CPA to submit tax reports to the IRS once a year
- Preparing and sending monthly invoices to clients
- Conduct company transactions and sign contracts
- Calculate key metrics (CAC, LTV, Retention etc)
- Develop together with the development team a "billing — financial" module
