Product Manager with Blockchain experience

Web3 Blockchain product. Internet Computer (ICP) is a set of protocols that allow independent data centers around the world to band together and offer a decentralized alternative to the current centralized internet cloud providers. The ICP token is used for governance (holders can vote on the future of the network), to reward network participants for good behavior, and is used to pay fees for making transactions.

Project duration: 12+ months work, long-term.

Team management: Remotely from Switzerland.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research and analysis to validate startup ideas and identify product-market fit.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to guide and support the technical development of the product.
- Lead the product development process for blockchain initiatives, translating high-level visions into detailed product specifications.
- Foster an innovative and efficient startup environment, leveraging agile - methodologies to accelerate product development.
- Engage with customers and stakeholders to gather feedback and refine product offerings.

Must have skills (hard, technical):
- Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably in blockchain or cryptocurrency-related projects.
- Strong technical background with an understanding of blockchain technologies and software development.
- Experience in launching products in a startup environment, with a track record of successful market entry.
- Knowledge of marketing principles and strategies, with the ability to perform market validation and targeting.
- English level: at least upper intermediate.

As a plus skills (hard, technical):
- Experience with Agile development methodologies.
- Previous startup founder or early employee experience is highly desirable.

Must have skills (soft):
- Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and make informed decisions with minimal supervision.

Education: Preferred degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.

Interview stages:
Technical part (1 stage): tech interview with СТО;
Final part (2 stage): interview with CEO.

Work schedule:
The full-time work — 100% remote. Flexible workday (start from 8.00 to 11.00).
