Requirements:

Fluent and literate in Ukrainian;
Experience with computers;
Willingness to work both night and day shifts;
Positive attitude and willingness to help customers;
English at an intermediate level;
Active life position;
Readiness to learn;
Understanding the basics of charging station operation is a big plus.

What you will do:

Communicate with customers by phone, chat, and email to quickly resolve their issues;
Monitoring the operation of charging stations.
