Junior Product Manager

As a Product Manager specializing in Product Information Management (PIM) within our E-commerce Automotive department, your primary mission will be to collaborate with stakeholders to develop, execute, and refine our product information management strategy. This role is pivotal in driving the development and optimization of our PIM solutions, ensuring that product data is accurate, comprehensive, and effectively utilized across platforms.
You will work closely with a team of data analysts and developers, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages successful product development and innovation.

Responsibilities:
- Strategy Execution: Collaborate with the Lead Product Manager to implement and enhance the overall PIM strategy.
- Product Development: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure PIM solution’s successful development and deployment.
- Requirements Management: Gather and prioritize product information requirements from stakeholders, translating them into actionable development plans.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to understand and address their product information needs and expectations.
- Business Case Support: Build business cases based on stakeholder needs, market trends, and competitive analysis to support PIM initiatives.
- Data Utilization: Work with the Data Analytics team to leverage insights for improving product information accuracy, completeness, and utilization.
- Communication and Teamwork: Ensure effective communication and collaboration within cross-functional teams and departments to promote the success of PIM.

Requirements:
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to contribute to strategic decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within the e-commerce or automotive industry.
- Familiarity with product information management systems and concepts.
- Experience in e-commerce or automotive industry, focusing on product data management.
- Data analytics and interpretation skills, emphasizing product data.
- Ability to translate complex product information requirements into actionable development plans.
- Proven experience in stakeholder management and collaboration, particularly in roles requiring the management of extensive product data.
- Ability to prioritize and manage workloads effectively in line with business objectives.
