We are looking for a Technical Lead to ensure the development is efficient.

Essential professional experience:
- Web3 Development: Strong foundation in leading technical teams in the Web3 space, focusing on blockchain and tokenization projects.
- Technical Leadership: Proven ability to steer development processes towards efficiency and innovation;
- Architecture Development: Deep experience crafting and refining technical architectures, with a strong preference for candidates knowledgeable in blockchain ecosystems;
- Incident Management: Skilled in identifying and mitigating critical risks, ensuring robust incident handling;
- External Collaboration: Adept at working with external contractors, managing partnerships, and integrating third-party services, especially within the blockchain domain;
- Security and Performance: Solid track record in executing thorough security audits and performance reviews;
- Technical Training: Committed to team growth through continuous technical education and skills enhancement.

Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in full-stack development;
- Proficiency in React and hands-on experience with Python;
- Experience with frameworks - FastAPI, Flask;
- Knowledge of cloud service providers (GCP, AWS, Azure) and Kubernetes;
- Experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB;
- Familiar with Web3, Blockchain;
- Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities:
- Leading the technical department, ensuring the efficiency of development;
- Developing and improving the technical architecture of the Stobox ecosystem;
- Incident management and escalating critical risks;
- Communication with external contractors and partners;
- Management of integrations with third-party services;
- Conducting system audits and reviews for security and performance;
- Conducting technical training and team education.
