JDG Accountant

Trinetix is looking for JDG Accountant (Poland). You will join our solid team of professionals that are fully engaged in driving accounting services to our company.

Requirements for the vacancy:
- Work experience of at least 2 years in JDG support;
- Knowledge of accounting standards in Poland;
- Knowledge of personnel accounting standards in Poland;
- Valid accountant certificate allowing for reporting for JDG and signing it with Profil zaufany keys;
- Proficiency in Polish language, as well as Russian or Ukrainian, and English languages;
- Experience in undergoing JDG audits will be an advantage.

Responsibilities:
- Sole accountant for JDG in Poland (with 2 assistants in Ukraine);
- Maintenance of personnel and accounting records for JDG on Ryczałt (IT sector), quantity of 100+;
- Assistance with JDG registration in CEIDG in non-standard situations, registration with tax authorities and ZUS, closure/suspension of JDG activities;
- JDG registration in VAT;
- Monthly submission of reports on personnel and VAT (no employees);
- Monthly calculation of taxes (Ryczałt) and ZUS with provision of payment slips with details for payment;
- Submission of annual JDG tax and ZUS reports (with ZUS recalculations if necessary);
- Preparation of certificates and necessary documents upon request for JDG;
- Monitoring JDG debts to government agencies;
- Communication between JDG and government agencies, preparation of written responses to inquiries;
- Support during JDG audit.
