Communication Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Event and Communication Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about blockchain technology, highly organized, and possesses excellent communication skills. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and executing engaging events, managing communication channels, and building strong relationships within the community.

Responsibilities:

- Plan and organize a variety of events, including meetups, workshops, webinars, and conferences, both virtual and in-person.
- Coordinate event logistics, including venue selection, agenda development, speaker coordination, and budget management.
- Promote events through various channels, including social media, email marketing, and community partnerships.
- Create compelling content to engage our community members, including blog posts, newsletters, and social media updates.
- Manage communication channels, including our website, social media platforms, and online forums, to ensure consistent messaging and engagement.
- Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, including industry partners, sponsors, and community members, to enhance collaboration and support for our initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of our communication efforts and event strategies, and make recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in event planning, marketing, or communications, preferably within the blockchain or tech industry.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in social media management tools, email marketing platforms, and content management systems.
- Familiarity with blockchain technology and the cryptocurrency industry is a plus.
- Creative thinker with a passion for community building and engagement.
