Senior Ruby on Rails Developer (offline)

Description:

We’re looking for a Full Stack Ruby on Rails developer for a product that makes cloud-based business communication easier and more affordable, empowering people with superior quality products.

Responsibilities:

-Lead features development process from concept and design to production
-Develop both standalone and cross systems features, by working closely with other teams
-Write well designed, secured and efficient code

Requirements:

-5+ years of strong hands-on experience, creating or maintaining web applications with Ruby on Rails.
-Experience with delayed background jobs and queues within application.
-Experience with API interconnections of different types.
-Experience with relational and noSQL databases.
