Job Title: HR Recruiter
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and talented HR Recruiter to join our team and lead the recruitment efforts for our cutting-edge Tron blockchain wallet and payment solution project. The successful candidate will be responsible for attracting, sourcing, and hiring top-tier talent across various roles, including software developers, UI/UX designers, and project managers.
Key Responsibilities:
1 Talent Acquisition:
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire highly skilled professionals for our Tron blockchain project.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and team leads to understand job requirements, skills, and qualifications needed for open positions.
• Source and screen potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks.
• Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' technical skills, cultural fit, and overall suitability for the roles.
2 Employer Branding and Outreach:
• Represent the company at job fairs, industry events, and networking opportunities to promote our employer brand and attract top talent.
• Leverage social media platforms and online communities to build and nurture relationships with potential candidates and industry professionals.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to create and implement employer branding strategies that showcase the company's innovative projects and work culture.
3 Recruitment Process Management:
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience from initial contact to onboarding.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews, skill assessments, and other evaluation processes with hiring teams.
• Conduct reference checks and background verifications for selected candidates.
• Extend job offers and negotiate compensation packages in alignment with company policies and industry standards.
4 Talent Analytics and Reporting:
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities, candidate pipelines, and hiring metrics.
• Analyze recruitment data and provide regular reports to stakeholders, highlighting areas for improvement and opportunities for optimization.
• Continuously evaluate and enhance recruitment processes, tools, and technologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably within the software or technology industry.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies, candidate screening techniques, and assessment methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment-related software tools.
• Familiarity with employment laws, regulations, and best practices related to recruitment and hiring.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in recruiting for blockchain or fintech-related projects.
• Knowledge of current trends and developments in the blockchain and cryptocurrency space.
• Proficiency in sourcing and attracting passive candidates through creative sourcing techniques.
• Certification in HR or recruitment-related domains (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, CIR).
