Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as a Sales or Business Development Manager in a B2B setting.
- Experience working in managerial positions within the banking sector.
- Strong understanding of banking industry dynamics and internal processes.
- Customer-oriented, organized, self-driven, and highly proactive individual.
- Effective time and task management skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
- Fluency in English (both written and verbal).

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a strategy to attract and onboard new clients in the Fintech industry.
- Identify and analyze market opportunities for our product and services.
- Collaborate with the marketing specialist and fintech experts
- Build and maintain long-term partnerships with potential clients and partners.
- Managing clients’ expectations.
- Conduct negotiations with potential clients and close lucrative deals.
- Manage deals till the successful closure.
- Participate in analyzing the competitive landscape and developing strategies to enhance our company's competitiveness.
- Conduct regular monitoring and analysis of business results, providing recommendations for process and strategy improvements.
