Payment Manager

A Free-To-Play Social Casino project from scratch. The project aims to create an innovative Free-To-Play Social Casino that changes people's thoughts about gaming while adhering to high ethical standards and legal norms. NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY. The platform uses virtual rewards instead of traditional gambling elements, providing players with virtual coins to enhance their experience. This approach includes features such as competitive tournaments & challenges, a diverse selection of games, integrated rewards and LUXE Club the VIP Loyalty Program. The user-friendly design provides an intuitive interface that emphasizes the advantages and benefits of the platform.

Type of cooperation: Full-time remote

⚡️Your responsibilities on the project will be:
- Design and implement payment strategies that enhance user experience, increase retention, and attract new users;
- Oversee integrating new payment systems and providers, ensuring they meet security and compliance standards;
- Competition and User Journey analysis from the payment flow perspective;
- Manage relationships with payment service providers and other financial institutions;
- Preparing required contracts and invoices;
- Making refunds to clients and wire payments;
- Handling payment errors of the clients and investigating the reason with the Payment Provider’s support department;
- Tracking the status of transactions in the Payment Provider back office and internal system;
- Works with Fraud team to create best practices for fraud prevention and fighting chargeback
- Putting in place KPIs when needed to measure the performance of processes;
- Any other duties both within and out of the regular place of work, as may be assigned to you by the Company from time to time, subject to these reasonably corresponding with your job title;
- Stay aware of industry trends, innovations in payment technologies, and regulatory changes, adjusting strategies accordingly.

🗞Our requirements to you:
- 3+ years of experience with Finance;
- 2+ years of experience as a Payment manager in gambling;
- Experience working within multiple jurisdictions;
- Experience in communicating with banks and payment providers (mainly USA market);
- Deep understanding of Compliance, OFAC/AML, KYC, and Risk Awareness;
- Experience in acquiring Merchant IDs;
​​- Ability to work at a fast pace, manage strategic and tactical projects, and set priorities to meet business needs effectively;
- Experience working with credit card chargebacks and risk mitigation.
- Upper-intermediate English level.
