Lead Generation Specialist

Responsibilities:
-Search and attract new clients on the Upwork platform.
-Consult clients regarding the company’s services and collaboration opportunities.
-Preparation of commercial proposals and contract negotiation.
-Preparation and sending of personalized proposals to potential clients.
-Regular reporting on work performed.

Requirements:
-Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.
-Experience working with freelance platforms, particularly Upwork.
-Ability to quickly analyze and identify potential clients.
-Strong persuasive and articulate writing skills.
-Minimum 1 year of experience working on the Upwork platform.
-Strong communication skills.
-Desire to achieve results and develop in the sales field.
