Summary/Objective
Senior Users Acquisition Specialist is responsible for development, implementation and achievement of targets set for users acquisition campaigns assigned to him/her. He/she is involved in sourcing, relationship building and development, set up and optimization of cooperation with mediabuying and affiliate partners. Specific responsibilities include management of mediabuying campaigns; participation in planning and management of the affiliate program; market research, planning, attacking and testing identified market segments; involvement in business and market development; involvement in product development planning; coordination with sales, marketing and technical support teams; building and managing a team of users acquisition professionals.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced professional with a passion for the job, able to employ out-of-the-box approaches to users acquisition navigating external and internal restrictions imposed by the market and business circumstances. He/She will be a skilled mediabuyer capable of single handedly launching and managing mediabuying campaigns as well as structuring and expanding the department to support developed strategic approach to users acquisition, driving creativity and enthusiasm in team members.

Essential Functions

Manage assigned existing mediabuying and affiliate partnerships & campagins (CPM, CPC, Revshare);
Identify, activate and manage new partnerships in nearby segments;
Provide support and expert input in the area of product and marketing strategies;
In collaboration with senior develop users acquisition plan, tactics and assess resources necessary to achieve agreed targets;
Provide direction and input to market and competitor analysis from mediabuying perspective;
Along with the product team develop, set up and optimize mediabuying monitoring and reporting tools that can track, measure and analyze campaigns performance and profitability;
Provide mediabuying skills and expertise to the company by building, developing and managing a team capable of carrying out the necessary users acquisition strategies and tactics;
Participate in professional societies and activities related to the users acquisition in the creators economy and SaaS industries;

Position Requirements
The candidate must meet the following requirements:

Outgoing creative personality with excellent communication and presentation skills;
Well organised with systematic approach to personal time management;
Analytical structure of thinking with ability to read, evaluate, compare, contrast and draw conclusions from BI data.

Knowledge and experience:
3+ years of user acquisition (mediabuying/affiliate program management) experience in B2B and B2C space on a senior/middle level position;
Good understanding of Creators economy;
Master’s Degree is preferred but is not required;
Good track record of leadership and team management;
Adequate Technical Capacity for a media buyer in an IT world;
Excellent understanding of Social Media and Email Marketing;
Understanding of SEO mechanics;
Excellent understanding of projects management and experience managing projects;
Experience in creator economy is a plus.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
Normal work schedule for the position is Monday through Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 7 p.m EEST (work schedule can vary depending on candidates physical location). Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand. Full-time is preferred, remote is a possibility if current candidates geographical location is different than the Company's offices locations.
Travel
This position requires occasional travel. Most of the travel is international.
