Senior Java Developer (Epic or Cerner, or integrating with another EHR system)

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Senior Java Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the seamless integration of an existing project, where we need to integrate our client's existing API into the HyperSpace Epic using FHIR service to extract demographic data. The framework used can be of any kind. We are looking for someone with experience in Epic or Cerner, or, in the worst-case scenario, experience in integrating with another EHR system.

Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain Java-based applications and components.
• Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Java code.
• Integrate data storage solutions.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.
• Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Java Developer, preferably in a senior role.
• Strong proficiency in Java, with a good understanding of its ecosystems.
• Familiarity with databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Knowledge of RESTful web services.
• Experience with integration projects, particularly with EHR systems like Epic or Cerner, is highly desirable.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
