Business Analyst (offline)

✅ Position Summary
The business analyst will work alongside other business analysts and report directly to the project team lead. Your main tasks will include performing detailed requirements analysis, documenting processes, and writing business requirement documentation. To succeed in this role, you should have an analytical mind and be able to explain difficult concepts to non-technical users. You will need to be able to explain business processes to developers.
We are seeking experienced persons who want to advance their skill set, have a strong work ethic, perform well in a fast-paced environment, are able to multitask, and work in harmony with others.
✅Responsibilities
● Analyzing business processes, anticipating and refining requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
● Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.
● Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
● Performing requirements analysis and interfacing with stakeholders.
● Documenting and communicating the results of your efforts.
● Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.
● Working closely with Developers, Quality Assurance, and managerial staff.
● Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.
● Helping to develop project plans with help of product owners.
● Updating, implementing, and maintaining procedures.
● Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
● Serving as a liaison between stakeholders, users, and developers.
✅ Requirements
● Excellent understanding, written and verbal English
● Able to work from 10:30am to 6:30pm CET, or later.
● Еxperience in business analysis.
● The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
● Advanced technical skills.
● Experience with Atlassian JIRA Project Management Tool.
● Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
● Competency in the use of spreadsheet and document software. (Word, Google Docs, Excel, Google Sheets, etc.)
