Account manager / Account Executive

Requirements:

- English level — upper intermediate at least
- Experience in the IT outsourcing industry
- 3+ years of experience in Account Management
- Experience in working with international customers
- Desire to build a long-term and strong partnership with clients
- Customer-centric and result-oriented person
- High level of responsibility
- Excellent communication skills and negotiation skills with a focus on listening and asking the right questions
- A supporter of the win-win approach
- Understanding of software development
- Understanding of Agile methodology

Responsibilities:

- Maintains regular communication with customer/partner/supplier and addresses needs through empathy with their environment
- Influences IT strategy of the client by proposing new or alternative solutions and balancing effectiveness and efficiency
- Build strategy plans for the collaboration with clients
- Conducting regular quarter strategic meetings with clients
- Conducting regular feedback sessions with clients and maintaining a high level of their satisfaction
- Sending time reports to clients and invoices
- Managing all financial and organizational questions
- Controlling accounts receivables and collecting overdue debt
- Documents management
- Working with CRM, Jira, Confluence
- Follow and improve the existing organizational processes in the team
- Help with the organization of clients’ workshops and team-building events with them
- Upsales to clients
