We are seeking a visionary Product Manager to drive Claspo towards seamless integration across various platforms and keep our solutions at the cutting edge of innovation.

To Achieve Results, You'll Need
✔️ Experience: 2+ years in product management, preferably within the martech or SaaS space. Experience with marketing technologies such as CDP, ESP, CMS, CRM, and analytics platforms is highly desirable
✔️ Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of API integrations and experience working with technical teams to drive product development
✔️ Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze market trends, user feedback, and performance data to inform product strategy
✔️ Communication: Excellent communication skills in English and Ukrainian, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
✔️ Leadership: Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire teams and drive projects to completion

Key Responsibilities
✔️ Integration Mastery: Design and implement strategies for integrating Claspo.io with platforms like CDPs, ESPs, CMSs, CRMs, and analytics tools, ensuring seamless functionality and enhanced value
✔️ Business Requirements: Elicit and refine business needs, translating them into actionable product requirements to guide the integration process
✔️ Documentation and Validation: Rigorously document and validate requirements, ensuring clear communication and understanding across teams
✔️ Outcome Assessment: Evaluate the impact of integrations against business objectives, ensuring alignment and driving continuous improvement
✔️ Collaboration and Leadership: Work closely with engineering, sales, and marketing teams to define integration requirements, prioritize features, and manage rollout
✔️ Market Insight: Stay ahead of industry trends through market research, identifying new integration opportunities to keep our offerings competitive
✔️ Problem Solving: Address technical and usability issues, enhancing user experience and platform performance
✔️ Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the key liaison for internal and external partners regarding our integration capabilities, aligning on vision and technical feasibility

About Ardas

Our History
2005 After a number of successes, Ardas was established. Ardas started to cooperate with a representative office in the UK.

2009 The company increased its staff and extended its customer geography to the EU countries such as Belgium, Netherlands, Sweden, Denmark, Germany, and Austria.

2012 Ardas successfully launched its first SaaS startup — Email marketing automation platform, and two years later our company became a co-owner of Softcube Recommendations Platform.

2015 Ardas opened the third development office. We became a home for approximately 100 IT engineers.

2017 We launched our second SaaS startup in the marketing eld — Stripo Email Template Builder which is now one of the most famous and advanced email builders in the world.

2021 We are more than 200 professionals now and we plan to have 35% growth this year. In addition, we are expecting to launch a startup this year.
