This is important to us:

β€” 10+ years of professional software development experience, including β€” 5+ years in the fintech/gambling industry;

β€” 3+ years of leadership experience with teams exceeding 20 individuals;

β€” Extensive experience in system design and architecture, encompassing onion/hexagonal, microservices vs monolith vs macroservices, CQRS, event-driven architecture, orchestration vs choreography, handling significant architectural requirements, maintaining an architecture decision log, and implementing incremental architecture methodologies;

β€” Π‘omprehensive expertise in the full software development lifecycle, particularly in PHP and Symfony, with proficient knowledge in JavaScript and Vue.js;

β€” Practical experience in PHP application frameworks like Swoole, Roadrunner, and Reactphp;

β€” Extensive testing experience with tools like PHPUnit, Codeception, and Behat;

β€” Advanced SQL proficiency, and a solid understanding of Bash, Python, and Golang for automation scripting, along with familiarity with Terraform and Terragrunt;

β€” Experience with PostgreSQL or alternative databases;

β€” Experience with incident management implementation;

β€” Experience with planning, migrating, and operating a Cloud Service AWS/K8s/etc;

β€” Experience with Agile development processes, particularly SCRUM methodology;

β€” Understanding and experience in managing RACI, OKR, KPI, CapEx/OpEx, and TCO processes;

β€” Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.

β€” Establish a unified technical approach and implementation across all engineering functions;

β€” Deliver continuous improvements in engineering processes ensuring the effective deployment, maintenance, and support of technology solutions;

β€” Ensure the viability of all strategic infrastructure and technical architectural decisions across the company;

β€” Recruit and retain a proficient team in alignment with company and departmental goals;

β€” Mentor and advise while driving technical decisions and direction;

β€” Competence management for all technical staff;

β€” Monitor and regulate development performance;

β€” Budget planning and resource allocation within the engineering team across projects/products;

β€” Possess the capability to delve into code, comprehend intricacies, and offer direction to the development team in resolving intricate issues;

β€” Identify and address potential risks and vulnerabilities in the technology infrastructure;

β€” Implement effective monitoring and reporting systems;

β€” Implement best practices in information security, ensuring proper governance throughout the business;

β€” Take charge of promptly resolving technical incidents within the organization;

β€” Ensure high-quality product engineering and development;

β€” Be in charge of technological innovations and implementing new technologies;

β€” Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, operations, marketing) to define and prioritize features based on market needs and introduce new products to market.

β€” 8-hour workday in-house or remote with the possibility to adjust working hours to fit your needs. 20 days of vacation and 10 days of sick leave;
