HR People Partner (offline)

Essential Expertise:
- 3+ years’ work experience as a People Partner or in a similar role
- Demonstrated experience in the IT field within an international setting
- Proficiency in HR software and data analysis tools
- Experience in implementing and validating changes in HR projects
- Familiarity with process automation and crisis management is advantageous
- Proven ability to resolve conflicts and address challenges effectively
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Empathetic yet firm attitude, fostering strong relationships with both line managers and employees
- The ability to think creatively, navigate ambiguity, and overcome challenges
- English - Upper Intermediate


Key Contributions:
- Manage the entire employee lifecycle
- Build relationships with managers, support them with leading their teams and identify opportunities for growth
- Collaborate closely with the recruitment team, offering assistance during the final selection phase
- Propose innovative HR strategies to enhance the company’s performance management system
- Engage with employees to enhance work dynamics, fostering higher productivity and retention rates
- Prepare comprehensive reports and analyses as requested by senior leadership
- Participate in diverse HR projects, contributing fresh ideas and initiatives
