Junior Finance and Compliance Manager (offline)

MEGAVAST is an international IT company specializing in software development, creating code development tools aimed at automating and managing various aspects of development, and is seeking a Junior Finance and Compliance Manager in Kyiv.

Requirements:
- Impeccable communication skills.
- High integrity and demanding professional ethics.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of banking compliance.
- Knowledge of financial management.
- Motivation to work and develop as finance manager
- At least an Intermediate level of English is sufficient to communicate within the team.
- A university degree in law, finance, business administration or a summarizing discipline will be a plus.

Responsibilities:
- Support the company's financial operations, including assistance with payroll, invoicing and other operations.
- Participate in the development of Cash Flow, projections, assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reports, including - Profit and Loss (P&L) and Balance Sheets.
- Assist in opening and maintaining company bank accounts, support in negotiating agreements with banks, participating in financial transactions and ensuring compliance.
- Analyzing financial data to identify opportunities for cost savings and process efficiencies.
