SMM Specialist
We are looking to hire a skilled SMM Specialist to join our marketing team to drive our social media growth with a focus on improving the company’s brand awareness.
Aside from this you will also work on generating traffic and sales from our social media to the website and enhance our community management, implementing customer-driven content strategies.
Responsibilities
1. Manage social media for the project across all channels including Instagram and TikTok as key platforms, and Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Pinterest, and LinkedIn as secondary platforms.
2. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute a social media strategy that aligns with broader marketing goals.
3. Execute and maintain engaging daily content (text, image, video) across the platforms and placements. Coordinate with the design team and creators.
4. Manage and evolve an editorial content calendar and promotion plans.
5. Produce weekly video content for social promotion and collaborate with influencers and creators.
6. Monitor trends, analytics, and insights on audience preferences and engagement rates.
7. Provide data-driven recommendations to optimize strategy.
8. Execute strategy for community management, content moderation, and customer service across our social channels.
9. Prepare reports on key engagement metrics like followers' growth, engagement rates, and lead generation for weekly and monthly reviews.
9. Stay updated with the latest social media and content marketing best practices, technologies, and trends to incorporate into social strategy.
Work cross-functionally with E-Commerce, PR, design, and support teams to offer consumer insights that allow innovation of voice and content style.
You will be reporting directly to the E-Commerce Marketing Manager.
Requirements
1. 2+ years of experience in the international market (USA + EU).
2. Proven experience in SMM, with a track record of success.
3. Solid understanding of digital marketing channels, a collaboration between SMM and E-Commerce.
4. Extensive experience with website analytics tools such as Google 5. 5. Analytics and built-in social media platform analytics.
6. Strong skills in content creation and creative vision.
7. English (B2+), great communication skills.
