Senior LISP Developer

Project Description:
SARA (SuperAgent Robotic Application) is an automation tool developed by DXC for airlines to automate repetitive and complex business processes, with the goal of reducing costs and improving
customer service.
SARA is developed using Object-Oriented Lisp and is deployed as client-server distributed architecture on AWS Cloud infrastructure, running on Amazon Linux. SARA team develops and operates SARA 24/7 from delivery centres in Switzerland, India, and Slovakia.
Our customer is the Lufthansa group comprising Brussels Airlines, Swiss, Lufthansa, Austrian Airlines, Eurowings Discover and Edelweiss.
Our team is expanding, and we are looking for a Senior Developer to join us. The candidate must have very good knowledge of Common Lisp programming language with a minimum of 5 years of experience in implementing and operating Lisp applications in production environment. The candidate must be proficient in English and must be willing to participate in 24/7 on-call support (one week per month).

In addition, knowledge in these areas is advantageous:
o Airline business processes (e.g., reservations, ticketing, check-in).
o Passenger Services System (PSS), especially of Amadeus Altéa.
o XML, JSON, HTML, web-services development (incl. SOAP, XSD, WSDL).
o Network and interfaces e.g., SSL, TCP/IP, SFTP.
o Linux OS (RedHat, Amazon Linux), shell script.
o Cloud services, preferably in AWS Cloud.
o MS graph, REST API, SMTP mail servers.
o ITIL processes, call-, incident-, problem- and change-management.
o GitHub and JIRA tools.
