Tech Lead Blockchain Developer

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Tech Lead Blockchain Developer to lead our blockchain development team and drive innovation in decentralized finance (DeFi) protocols and token standards. Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design, development, and implementation of blockchain solutions, with a focus on decentralized finance protocols and token standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and architecture for blockchain projects.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers, ensuring high-quality code and adherence to best practices.
Research and evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends to inform technical decisions and drive innovation.
Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to maintain the integrity and reliability of blockchain applications.
Main Requirements:

Minimum of 6 years of software engineering experience as a back-end or full-stack developer.
Proven hands-on commercial experience of at least 2 years in blockchain development.
3-4 years of experience with one or more of the following programming languages: Java, Node.js, Python, or Golang.
Familiarity with decentralized finance (DeFi) protocols, token standards (such as ERC-20, ERC-721), and blockchain platforms like Ethereum.
Strong understanding of blockchain fundamentals, including consensus algorithms, smart contracts, and cryptography.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Experience with other blockchain platforms such as Binance Smart Chain, Polkadot, or Solana.
Contributions to open-source blockchain projects or participation in blockchain communities.
Familiarity with DevOps practices and experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
