Characterization Engineer

We are looking for Characterization Engineer to an international semiconductor company with headquarter in the United States. The growing team of silicon, hardware, software, and materials engineers working on creating products with integrated magnetics that are far more cost and size-effective than existing solutions.

Must possess/demonstrate the following:
• Software development skills in С/C++ or Python
• Basic analog and digital electronic engineering fundamentals
• Familiar with electronics measurement equipment: oscilloscopes, multimeters, signal generators, power supplies
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Be ready to improve your knowledge of electronics

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Design test programs for device characterization
• Monitor the data acquisition process
• Present test results in accurate and clear manner
• Analyze test data, perform root cause analysis of device failures, and define solutions
• Identify and resolve device performance issues promptly

Recommended/Desired Skills:
• Knowledge of electrical parameters measurement techniques
• Experience in electrical circuits design and PCB layout
• Statistic data analysis
• Good soldering skills
• Prototyping skills
