Senior Talent Sourcer/Recruiter (offline)

About you:
— Proven experience as a Talent Sourcer or similar role, with a strong track record of identifying and attracting top talent
— Deep expertise in sourcing for various roles in various locations all over the world from Junior to TOP roles
— Experience in automating and optimizing sourcing processes
— Strong communication and interpersonal skills
— Proactive, results-driven, and self-motivated
— Interest in sourcing activities and developing innovative sourcing strategies
— At least Upper-Intermediate English level

Will be a huge plus:
— Experience in the gambling industry

What goals will you have?
— Utilize a variety of channels, including social media, job boards, and networking events, to identify and source top talent for open positions
— Collaborate with HR Manager and Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective sourcing strategies
— Automate and optimize sourcing processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
— Develop relationships with candidates to understand their skills and cultural match to a position
— Build Talent Pools for future openings
— Follow up with candidates and hiring managers
— Maintain recruiting reports and provide regular updates to hiring managers on the recruiting status of each position
